Teflongeführter HW97 Kolben

Original HW77/97 Kolben von Weihrauch mit 6 CNC gefrästen Längsschlitzen zur Gewichtsoptimierung. Das ursprüngliche Gewicht von ca. 260g wurde auf ca. 224g reduziert. Dies entspricht dem Gewicht der früher verbauten 25mm Kolben.

 

Die Gewichtsreduktion führt zu einem geringeren Prellschlag und somit zu einem verbesserten Schussverhalten. Der Einbau ist einfach, jedoch ist danach die V0 zu überprüfen.

Zusätzlich wurde ein Aluminiumring aufgeschrumpft zur optimierten Führung innerhalb des Systems. Hierin verläuft ein hochgleitfähiger, beschichteter Ring aus PTFE, auch bekannt als Teflon. Die Beschichtung mit Bronze  macht das PTFE widerstandsfähiger gegen Verformung und Verschleiß. 

Das Lagern des Kolbens vermeidet den Kontakt Metall auf Metall, führt ihn präziser und reduziert das Schussgeräusch. 

Der gelagerte Kolben passt nur in Variante C (short stroke 20mm) in eine Kompressionshülse mit 155mm Standardlänge. Bei Standarddichtungen ist die Kompressionshülse um 10mm einzukürzen.

Original HW77/97 piston from Weihrauch with 6 CNC-milled longitudinal slots for weight optimisation. The original weight of approx. 260g has been reduced to approx. 224g. This corresponds to the weight of the earlier 25mm pistons.
 
The weight reduction leads to a lower bounce and thus to improved shooting behaviour. Installation is simple, but the V0 must be checked afterwards.

In addition, an aluminium ring has been shrunk on for optimised guidance within the system. A highly lubricious, coated ring made of PTFE, also known as Teflon, runs inside. The bronze coating makes the PTFE more resistant to deformation and wear. 

Bearing the piston avoids metal-to-metal contact, guides it more precisely and reduces the shooting noise. 

The guided piston only fits in variant C (short stroke 20mm) in a compression tube with a standard length of 155mm. With standard seals, the compression tube must be shortened by 10mm.
